- 100 g margarine
- 250 ml milk
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast

- Balsamic vinegar cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
For 6 small tarte flambées
Melt the margarine over low heat in a saucepan, add the milk and heat gently – do not boil! Mix the flour with the yeast, salt, and sugar. Using the dough hook of an electric mixer, combine the margarine, milk, and flour with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Once the dough is covered, knead it briefly and divide it into 6 portions. On a floured surface, roll out each portion into a thin flatbread. Place the 6 flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with crème fraîche. Quarter the apples, core them, and cut them into thin slices. Slice the goat cheese. Divide both ingredients among the individual flatbreads and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan-assisted oven or 220°C conventional oven for 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and roughly tear the arugula. Once the flatbreads are baked, spread the arugula on top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, to taste.
