Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of dough (tarte flambée dough) from the refrigerated section or homemade
  • 1 goat’s cheese (roll, plain or with honey, not too sticky)
  • 2 figs, fresh
  • bacon cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp cream or cremefine for cooking
  • Honey
  • Mustard (fig or honey mustard)
  • Salt or herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

the recipe was definitely missing, super quick and super tasty

Mix the crème fraîche with the cream, a pinch of (herb) salt, pepper, and half a teaspoon of fig mustard until smooth. Roll out the tarte flambée dough very thinly on a sheet of baking paper and spread the crème fraîche thinly, but not too thinly. Sprinkle the bacon strips over the dough, more or less to taste. Cut the figs into thin slices or eighths and also arrange them on the tarte flambée. Crumble the goat’s cheese in a small bowl, as much as possible, then mix it with 1-2 teaspoons of fig mustard or 1 teaspoon of honey mustard. Sprinkle it in small pieces with the teaspoon over the figs and dough. Finally, drizzle a pinch of honey over each fig. Place the baking tray in the oven, preheated to the highest setting. Turn off the heat and wait about 5 minutes until the tarte flambée is lightly browned and crispy. I love this version, and anyone who doesn’t always want bacon and onions on their tarte flambée will love this recipe.
