Tarte flambée with mushrooms and goat cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of Tarte Flambée dough, approx. 300 g, from the refrigerated section
  • 250 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 small garlic clove(s), if desired
  • 3 m.-large mushrooms, brown
  • 3 spring onions
  • 200 g goat cheese, roll
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet and spread with crème fraîche or sour cream. Slice the red onion into thin rings and place on top. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices, and also arrange them on the dough. Clean the spring onions, trim the roots, cut them into rings, and also arrange them on the dough. If you like, finely dice a garlic clove and add it to the dough. Cut the goat cheese roll into thin slices and arrange them on the dough. Sprinkle with some freshly ground pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
