Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of HENGLEIN Fresh Tarte Flambée Dough
- 1 pack of crème fraîche, 125 g
- 200 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s), pitted and sliced
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 2 figs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pumpkin seeds 1 – 2 tbsp
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Autumnal tarte flambée that warms the soul.
Unroll the dough on a baking sheet with the baking paper on it and spread with crème fraîche. Wash the Hokkaido pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Then top the tarte flambée with the pumpkin slices and onion rings. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds over the tarte flambée. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the tarte flambée. Bake the topped tarte flambée in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 12 minutes. Then wash the figs, slice them, and top the baked tarte flambée with them. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top and enjoy.
