Tartlets in Glass (use Leftovers)

The perfect tartlets in glass (use leftovers) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Leftovers from biscuit base (from our own production)
  • Leftovers from the chocolate pudding
  • Leftovers from the meringue
  • 50 g Liquid butter
  • 100 ml. Cream 30% fat
  • 100 g Lemon curd
  • 75 g Blueberries
  • 100 g Pomegranate seeds
  • Some mint

The leftovers from the biscuit base

  1. I had baked a sponge cake base that I had to partially cut up. I’ll make a cup cake out of these leftovers. I put a layer of biscuit in the bottom of a glass. Then I spread on it – lemon curd followed by blueberries.

The leftovers from the chocolate pudding

  1. I mix the rest of the chocolate pudding with whipped cream and melted butter to a firm cream. Put them in a piping bag and sprinkle them well chilled on the berries.

The leftovers from the meringue

  1. Next I break the rest of the meringue into larger plate-like pieces and put it in the custard cream. Then I layer again in the order described above plus a layer of pomegranate seeds. . On top again bisque lemon curd and pudding dots as a conclusion.
  2. Garnish with a little mint and fruit – chill.

Bon appetit and culinary greetings your Biggi ♥
