Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat (tartar)
- 2 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard), coarse
- 1 tsp vinegar (wine vinegar), red
- 2 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
- 1 tbsp shallot(s), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the mustard with red wine vinegar and grapeseed oil. Stir in the meat and the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and serve in portions.
