Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat (tartar)
  • 2 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard), coarse
  • 1 tsp vinegar (wine vinegar), red
  • 2 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
  • 1 tbsp shallot(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the mustard with red wine vinegar and grapeseed oil. Stir in the meat and the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and serve in portions.
