Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 260 g butter
- 500 g flour, + 1 p. baking powder
- 190 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Lemon(s), the juice
- ¼ liter of milk
- 5 eggs
- 150 g candied fruit (baking mix)
- 40 g raisins
- 40 g nuts, chopped
- 40 g desiccated coconut
- powdered sugar
- Cake icing

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with candied fruits, raisins, nuts…
Cream the butter until fluffy and gradually stir in the eggs, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and milk, then the nuts, fruit, and coconut flakes. Pour into a well-greased and floured large loaf pan (or other baking dish) and bake at 170°C for about 1 hour. Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar or cover with chocolate glaze.
