Teddy Bear Cake (Anne-Lena Willicks)

chocolate cake
- 600 g Flour
- 600 g Sugar
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Baking soda

- 10 drops Vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp Sunflower oil
Chocolate frosting
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Unsweetened cocoa
Children’s chocolate cream
- 200 g Cream
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 175 g Children’S chocolate
- For the chocolate cake, mix all the ingredients together, add 150 ml of warm water and work into a batter.
- Place the dough in two square baking tins and bake at 160 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
- For the chocolate frosting, mix all the ingredients together and chill the mixture.
- For the children’s chocolate cream, melt the cream and chocolate over the water bath, then fold in the almonds and chill the mixture.
- When the cake batter has cooled down, cut out the individual parts of the teddy bear using templates. Brush all individual parts with children’s chocolate cream. Then cover with chocolate frosting and put all the teddy bear parts together correctly.
