Tender Cod on Bed of Vegetables and Brown Rice

Ingredients
 

Cod:

  • 6 g Cod fillet
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 half Lemon

Vegetable bed:

  • 1 Pck. Pot EU FEU / 1KG / consists of:
  • 1 Piece White cabbage
  • 1 Piece Celeriac fresh
  • 1 Piece Leek
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 small Carrots
  • 1 Piece Autumn turnip
  • 1 Piece Parsely
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml White wine dry

rice

  • 2 cups Brown rice
  • Salt

To top:

  • Flakes of butter

Sauce:

  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp White wine dry
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Dill / TK

Instructions
 

Cod:

  • Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper!

Vegetable bed:

  • Peel the celery, onion, carrots and beetroot. Grate with the leek and cabbage through the food processor. Wash the leeks and cabbage afterwards! Put everything in a baking dish.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees!

  • Add the vegetable stock and white wine to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper! Put the fish on it and cook everything in the oven for 20 minutes!

Rice:

  • Meanwhile cook rice according to the package insert!

Sauce:

  • When the fish is ready, strain the stock from the vegetables and season with mustard, dill, a little white wine, salt and pepper! Tie with some sauce binder!
  • Top vegetables and rice with flakes of butter! Serve!
