Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork neck chops
- 1 large onion(s) or 2 medium-sized diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped or pressed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 jar white wine
- olive oil
- oregano
- Thyme
- Salt
- pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Add a little olive oil to a sauté pan and sear the chops over medium heat. Sprinkle with oregano, thyme, and pepper. Once they begin to brown, turn the chops over and add the carrots, onions, and garlic. Sprinkle the chops with a little thyme, oregano, and a pinch of curry powder. Sear for 10 minutes. Pour in the wine and a little water, season with salt, and simmer for 25 minutes over low heat.
