Quinoa breakfast with fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g quinoa
  • 150 ml water
  • 4 figs, dried
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tsp nut butter (peanut butter)
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the quinoa, place it in a pot, and bring to a boil. Simmer until the water has evaporated. Peel the apple and dice it. Just before the water evaporates, add the diced apple to the pot. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Place the quinoa in a bowl, mix with the banana, and add the peanut butter. Slice the dried figs, remove the stems, and stir into the quinoa.
