Tender Salmon with Wholemeal Noodles and Cream Cheese-paprika Vegetables

The perfect tender salmon with wholemeal noodles and cream cheese-paprika vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cream cheese and paprika vegetables:

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Green peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Red chilli flakes
  • 200 g Grained cream cheese

Salmon:

  • 250 g Salmon fresh
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Pasta:

  • 125 g Whole wheat pasta
  • Salt water

Finally:

  • Chives fresh

Bell pepper cream cheese vegetables:

  1. Clean and wash the paprika and finely dice. Peel and dice the onion and peel and press the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic in it. Add paprika, season with garip pepper and seasoned salt and let simmer a little!
  2. Then add the cream cheese and paprika pulp. Season to taste with chilli, salt and pepper! Cook on the lowest setting!

Salmon: (Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!)

  1. Clean and dice the salmon and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes! Keep warm in the oven!

Pasta:

  1. Meanwhile, cook pasta close to the package instructions!

Serve:

  1. Spread everything on plates and sprinkle with chives!
