Chicken Oven Feast

The perfect chicken oven feast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the marinade

  • 6 Pc. Waxy potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Onions
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Orange peppers
  • 1 Pc. Apple
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Good oil
  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well. Wash the legs, dry them and soak them in the marinade and let them steep for about two hours. In the meantime, wash all the vegetables (and the apple, of course) and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put everything in a large bowl, season well with salt and pepper, add thyme and finally a good dash of olive oil. Now mix everything together properly. Lay out the well-drawn legs on an oven tray. Then distribute the vegetable mix in between. Bake the whole thing at about 180 degrees for a good hour to one and a half (do a leg test). At the end, you can conjure up a great sauce from the brew that comes out. I personally don’t need them. 😉 Good succeed!
