Teriyaki Beef and Stir-fry Vegetables

  • 200 g Beef
  • 2 piece Garlic

  • 6 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 8 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 8 tbsp Honey
  • Pepper from the grinder

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 200 g Savoy
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 bunch Corriander
  • 200 g Snow peas
  • 3 piece Spring onions
  • 30 g Sprouts
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into narrow strips
  2. Peel off the garlic and chop, peel the ginger and chop up too
  3. Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and pepper and add half of the marinade to the meat and stir, put in the refrigerator to park, the longer the better and don’t forget the occasional turn and knead .

  9. Add the meat again and heat up. Sprinkle with coriander, season to taste and serve
