Teriyaki Beef and Stir-fry Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Beef
  • 2 piece Garlic
  • 1 piece Ginger 2 cm
  • 6 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 8 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 8 tbsp Honey
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 200 g Savoy cabbage
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 bunch Corriander
  • 200 g Snow peas
  • 3 piece Spring onions
  • 30 g Sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into narrow strips
  • Peel off the garlic and chop, peel the ginger and chop up too
  • Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and pepper and add half of the marinade to the meat and stir, put in the refrigerator to park, the longer the better and don't forget the occasional turn and knead .
  • Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings
  • Clean, wash and cut the sausage into strips, peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Wash the coriander, pluck the leaves and cut roughly
  • Fry the meat in a pan with a little oil for about 4 minutes and remove
  • Put the vegetables and the remaining oil in the pan and fry them, stirring occasionally, for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the remaining marinade and heat with it
  • Add the meat again and heat up. Sprinkle with coriander, season to taste and serve
  • Good hunger
