Poultry: Crispy Legs

The perfect poultry: crispy legs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Chicken leg
  • 4 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 Knife point Red chilli flakes
  • 30 g Peanut flips
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  1. Mix the oil with the spices and soy sauce to a marinade.
  2. Wash the legs, pat dry and brush with the marinade.
  3. Finely crumble the peanut flips and mix with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Turn the legs in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the pipe to 175 degrees circulating air. Line a baking sheet with paper and bake the legs on it for about 1.5 hours until crispy.
  6. We also had mixed vegetables. Also a great summer meal with a dip and salad.
