Poultry: Crispy Legs
The perfect poultry: crispy legs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Chicken leg
- 4 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 1 Knife point Red chilli flakes
- 30 g Peanut flips
- 30 g Breadcrumbs
- Mix the oil with the spices and soy sauce to a marinade.
- Wash the legs, pat dry and brush with the marinade.
- Finely crumble the peanut flips and mix with the breadcrumbs.
- Turn the legs in the breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the pipe to 175 degrees circulating air. Line a baking sheet with paper and bake the legs on it for about 1.5 hours until crispy.
- We also had mixed vegetables. Also a great summer meal with a dip and salad.
