Teriyaki marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml soy sauce (teriyaki sauce), preferably with roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

for marinating grilled meat

Mix all ingredients in a tall bowl or shaker. Marinate the meat in a bag for at least 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally to better distribute the marinade.
