  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 lemon(s) (organic), the juice
  • some salt
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a tall bowl with a hand blender until no chunks remain. It’s a refreshing, fat-free sauce for grilling or on fresh bread. I eat it with anything savory.
