Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tsp curry paste
  • some vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super easy and super delicious

Peel and finely chop the carrots, and sauté them, perhaps with a little broth. Be careful, they quickly become too salty. It’s better to add more seasoning later. Then puree and add the coconut milk. Add 1-2 teaspoons of curry paste.
