Thai salmon in aluminum foil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger root
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 dashes lime juice
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • 1 dashes sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Clean and slice the spring onions, ginger, chili pepper, and carrots. Slice the garlic clove. Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil, folding it in half. Place the fish on it and distribute the vegetables evenly. Add a squeeze of lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Seal the aluminum foil tightly. Cook the salmon fillets in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 12 minutes. Serve with egg noodles or a salad.
