Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy, if possible homemade
  • 15 g horseradish, freshly grated
  • 2 chili peppers, fresh, hot
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil apple juice with gelling sugar for 4 minutes. In the third minute, add the freshly grated horseradish and the finely chopped chilies with seeds. Pour into screw-top jars and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. Let stand for 4 weeks, during which time the horseradish and chilies impart their full flavor to the apple juice. Pairs wonderfully with grilled and smoked fish. Enjoy!
