Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 27 minutes
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until fluffy. Add flour and baking powder and mix to form a dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out on a floured surface. Cut out cookies and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10-12 minutes.
