Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta, e.g. penne
- 2 m.-large carrot(s)
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 50 ml germ oil or other salad oil
- 3 tbsp herb vinegar
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- some salt and pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and place in a large bowl. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Cut the cucumber into small slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Finely slice the spring onions. Add the vegetables and grated cheese to the pasta. Mix everything well. Combine the germ oil with the herbs, herb vinegar, salt, and pepper, and combine the dressing with the salad ingredients.
