Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cup rice, large
  • 2 cup(s) water, large
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 g white cabbage
  • 1 can of corn, medium size
  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts
  • 2 jars of tomato sauce, Tuscany
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super quick and easy to prepare

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the vegetables into pieces and sauté in a pan. Drain the canned vegetables and stir in. Now add the sauce, bring to a boil briefly, and stir in the rice. Season to taste and serve.
