Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 cup rice, large
- 2 cup(s) water, large
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 300 g white cabbage
- 1 can of corn, medium size
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts
- 2 jars of tomato sauce, Tuscany
- salt and pepper

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the vegetables into pieces and sauté in a pan. Drain the canned vegetables and stir in. Now add the sauce, bring to a boil briefly, and stir in the rice. Season to taste and serve.
