Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 3 tbsp oil
- 200 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g cream cheese
- e.g. oregano
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 125 g Gouda, grated
- 500 ml water
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- e.g. basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
simple, quick, no washing up, and above all very tasty
Halve the spaghetti and place it in a baking dish. Then add all the ingredients, except for the mozzarella and basil, to the baking dish one at a time, then stir everything together. Bake in the oven at 200°C (preheated) for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just before the end of the cooking time, remove the one-pot pasta, add the mozzarella, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes. Garnish with basil before serving.
