The Doctor Told Who Should Not Eat Radishes and Warned of the Danger

The nutritionist said that people with certain diseases are contraindicated to eating radishes. Nutritionist Svitlana Fus spoke about the dangers of radishes and the numerous health problems this vegetable can cause.

As the doctor posted on Instagram, radish is one of the most common vegetables. It contains a lot of B vitamins and minerals.

Mustard oil, which is also abundant in vegetables, gives it bitterness and pungency, and can also stimulate appetite. To make sure that the product is fresh and of good quality, you should hold the radish (it should be firm), and there should be no bumps on its skin.

The doctor recommends adding radishes to salad, and they should be soaked in ice water to protect yourself from excess nitrates that may be contained in greenhouse vegetables.
