super simple burger variation
Add the potato pancakes and Leberkäse (liver sausage) to a hot pan with a little oil. Fry for 5-7 minutes, remove from the pan, and pat dry. Then crack the egg into the pan and make a fried egg. Place a potato pancake on the plate. Place the Leberkäse on top. Garnish with sauerkraut and a generous portion of sweet mustard. Place the second potato pancake on top. Finally, place the fried egg on top. Add a little salt, and serve. If you like, you can also add a generous slice of Bavarian cheese or some onion.
