Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 potato pancakes from the refrigerated section
  • 1 slice(s) Leberkäse
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. sauerkraut, fresh
  • Mustard, sweet
  • some salt
  • some oil for frying
  • possibly cheese or onion rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super simple burger variation

Add the potato pancakes and Leberkäse (liver sausage) to a hot pan with a little oil. Fry for 5-7 minutes, remove from the pan, and pat dry. Then crack the egg into the pan and make a fried egg. Place a potato pancake on the plate. Place the Leberkäse on top. Garnish with sauerkraut and a generous portion of sweet mustard. Place the second potato pancake on top. Finally, place the fried egg on top. Add a little salt, and serve. If you like, you can also add a generous slice of Bavarian cheese or some onion.
