Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 7 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 8 m.-sized eggs
- 100 ml milk
- some butter or oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel, wash, and quarter the potatoes, boil in salted water, drain, and let cool. Peel and quarter the onion, then slice finely. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the milk, and whisk to combine. Heat the butter in a large pan, fry the bacon bits, and briefly fry the onions. Thinly slice the potatoes and add them to the pan. When the potatoes are lightly browned, pour the eggs over them and let them set, turning frequently. Serve immediately.
