Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g spelt flour
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 150 g seeds or nuts
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cube of yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix everything together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 170°C – 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
