Three Different Burgers

The perfect three different burgers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mixed salad
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard sweet
  • 4 Discs Cheese (various types)
  • 50 g Coleslaw
  • 1 piece Radishes fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Guacamole
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 2 piece Jalapeño
  • 900 g Fresh minced beef
  • 2 piece Hamburger buns
  • 2 piece Pretzel rolls
  • 50 g Obatzda
  • 1 piece Pickled cucumber
  • 2 piece Tortilla chips

hamburger

  1. Form two round patties, i.e. meat slices, from 300 grams of beef. Fry the meat for two to three minutes on each side.
  2. Sear the onions and caramelize them by adding a little sugar.
  3. Toast the two rolls and then add a tablespoon of mustard and cucumber chutney, 1 tablespoon of onion, 1 slice of tomato, a tablespoon of mixed lettuce, the meat, two slices of grilled bacon and a slice of cheese to each roll.

The Bavarian in the pretzel roll

  1. Form two round patties, i.e. meat slices, from 300 grams of beef. Fry the meat for two to three minutes on each side.
  2. Toast the two pretzel rolls and add a slice of meat to each roll, plus a tablespoon of sweet mustard, 25 grams of Obatzda, 25 grams of coleslaw, two slices of grilled bacon, half a pickle and a tablespoon of mixed salad for each roll. Garnish with the radishes.

The breadless burger (spicy)

  1. Form two round patties, i.e. meat slices, from 300 grams of beef. Fry the meat for two to three minutes on each side.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of guacamole, 2 slices of grilled bacon, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of tomato, 1 jalapena, 1 tablespoon of mixed lettuce to each pattie and garnish with tortilla chips.
