- 6 Sliced boiled potatoes
- 1 Diced onion
- 3 Discs Diced Bacon
- 1 piece Blood sausage
- 1 piece Liver sausage
- 4 Eggs, butter
- Brown the onions and bacon in the pan, remove them and fry the potatoes. Now the fried potatoes are cut into thirds. One thing stays that way! Two servings come again in two pans, one with the finely chopped liver sausage and the other with the finely chopped blood sausage. Sear it and you’re done!
- We have a fried egg over it and there is something for everyone (my little one doesn’t want blood or liver sausage, she gets fried potatoes with bacon!) Also a sour lettuce or something with it, tastes great. (Overall it doesn’t look that tasty, but it tastes great!)
