Chocolate Nut Snow Globes

The perfect chocolate nut snow globes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 175 g Dark chocolate
  • 60 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 175 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cinammon
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath, who wants to add a little cinnamon! Stir until smooth and let cool down a little. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, slowly stir in the chocolate. Mix in the flour, baking powder and walnuts. Put the mass in the refrigerator for two hours (don’t worry, we noticed).
  2. Shape the now solid mass into small balls and roll them in powdered sugar until you can no longer see the chocolate. Bake on the baking sheet and at 160 degrees circulating air for about 12 minutes. It’s also fun with children!
