Three Kinds of Sorbet
The perfect three kinds of sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the strawberry sorbet:
- 60 g Sugar
- 300 g Strawberries
- 1 Pc. Protein
For the peach sorbet:
- 60 g Sugar
- 300 g Peaches
- 1 Pc. Protein
For the cassis sorbet:
- 60 g Sugar
- 300 g Black currants
- 1 Pc. Protein
- For each of the different sorbets, grind 60g sugar finely in a blender, add frozen fruits and puree, add 1 egg white and mix for 1 minute.
- Pour into a container and chill in the freezer for several hours.
