Three Kinds of Sorbet

The perfect three kinds of sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the strawberry sorbet:

  • 60 g Sugar
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 1 Pc. Protein

For the peach sorbet:

  • 60 g Sugar
  • 300 g Peaches
  • 1 Pc. Protein

For the cassis sorbet:

  • 60 g Sugar
  • 300 g Black currants
  • 1 Pc. Protein
  1. For each of the different sorbets, grind 60g sugar finely in a blender, add frozen fruits and puree, add 1 egg white and mix for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a container and chill in the freezer for several hours.
