Ingredients
- 1000 g Flour
- 1 cube Yeast fresh
- 20 g Salt
- 700 ml Water
- 5 stem Fresh thyme
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 2 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix the flour, salt, plucked thyme and garlic (finely grated with a fine grater), add the yeast water and knead everything into a soft dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on top. Pour the olive oil on the dough and spread it on the baking tray with your hands, sprinkle with salt. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, then brush with a little water and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
