Thyme-lemon Butter

The perfect thyme-lemon butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 bunch Fresh thyme
  • Sea-Salt
  • White milled pepper

preparation

  1. Let the butter soften in a shallow bowl at room temperature. Rub the zest from the lemon and add to the butter. Pluck the thyme and chop it finely and add to the butter and mix everything well. Now you add the juice from half a lemon and mix it in the butter. Pour the finished butter into beautiful bowls and garnish with a sprig of thyme and half a piece of lemon.
  2. Tastes delicious with grilled meat and fish or simply on a piece of toasted bread or baguette.
