Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 4 slice(s) cheese (Emmental), or other
- 30 g flour
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
- 375 ml broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Salt and pepper the schnitzels, dust with flour, and brown them. Arrange them in a casserole dish in a flaky pattern. Place a slice of cheese between each slice. Make a roux from the remaining fat from the frying, pour in the broth, and season with sour cream. Pour the sauce over the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
