Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g radicchio
- 1 cm ginger root, fresh
- 1 orange(s) or blood orange
- 120 g grapes, light, sweet, seedless
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a smoothie with ginger
Blend all ingredients in a smoothie maker. Add a little more water if necessary until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
