Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g jelly, quince

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the jelly in a dough and chill for about 30 minutes. With floured hands, form walnut-sized balls, make a hole in the center, and place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C, Gas Mark 3) for 12-15 minutes. Let cool thoroughly. Meanwhile, warm the jelly and let it cool slightly. Transfer to a freezer bag and cut off a corner. Fill the cookie holes with jelly and let it set.
