Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (tillapia fillets)
- ½ cup cream
- Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly sugar
- 2 carrots
- 1 celeriac
- 1 onion(s)
- some flour
- lemon juice
- Wine for deglazing
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Season the fillets with pepper and salt, coat in flour, and briefly fry in butter on both sides. Set aside. Then add a little butter and sauté the finely chopped onion in the same pan. Add the chopped vegetables and briefly toss in the butter over high heat. Deglaze with white wine. Add cream and lemon juice. Season with pepper, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg. Add a little more sugar, if desired. Place the tilapia fillets on the bed of vegetables and let them rest in the oven at 120°C for 20 minutes.
