Tilapia with wasabi dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tilapia fillets (golden curls), smoked, approx. 100 g
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • e.g. sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with smoked tilapia curls

Arrange the two gold curls on a plate. For the dip, mix the quark, salt, and wasabi paste together in a small bowl. Now, either spoon the cream onto the plate next to the fish or fill it into a piping bag and pipe decoratively onto the plate as desired. If you like, you can sprinkle the dip with a few sesame seeds. This goes very well with baked ciabatta, for example. Tip: It’s best to get fresh “gold curls” or smoked tilapia from the fish counter and prepare it the same day.
