Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of QimiQ (250ml)
- 500 g cream cheese (Blanc Battu, alternatively low-fat quark)
- 1 can tuna, in water (drained weight 180g)
- 3 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- capers, if desired, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low-calorie and low-fat refreshing spread
Stir room-temperature QimiQ in a bowl until smooth. Drain the tuna, shred it, add it to the QimiQ with the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Season to taste. Tip: Spread it on toasted whole-grain toast and garnish with some capers. Additional information: QimiQ is made with single cream and 1.5% edible gelatin. This prevents the liquid from seeping onto the bread, making it ideal for preparation. It can also be refrigerated for several days.
