  • 1 tbsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet, smoked
  • 1 tbsp, heaped lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp, heaped onion powder
  • 1 tbsp, heaped garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp, heaped pepper, coarsely ground black
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

classic BBQ rub for meat and poultry

Mix all ingredients together. A Lock&Lock container is ideal for storage. It’s also easy to make ahead.
