Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 500 g mascarpone
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- 2 cup(s) coffee, strong

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the mascarpone, egg yolks, and sugar, then fold in the egg whites. Place a layer of sponge fingers in a baking dish and drizzle with enough coffee to soak them. Then spread the mascarpone cream over the sponge fingers. Repeat this process for as long as the dish allows, or for as much cream as you have left. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
