Sliced turkey in Puff Pastry
The perfect sliced turkey in puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Turkey breast
- 1 Pc. Paprika
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Pc. Onion
- 160 g Grated Gouda
- 1 Pc. Puff pastry
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Cut turkey breast into strips and set aside
- Chop the bell peppers, carrots and mushrooms and set aside
- Fry the turkey breast in a pan with onions and season with salt, pepper and the clove of garlic. Then remove the cooked turkey breast from the pan.
- Now sauté the vegetables in the pan until they are soft. Then add the turkey breast and season again. Finally fold in the cheese.
- Place the puff pastry in the center of a baking dish and leave enough of the edge to seal the pastry after the filling. Prick the puff pastry with a fork. Add the vegetable meat mixture to the puff pastry. Seal the vegetable meat filling with the puff pastry and bake for approx. 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven
