Toast Burger
The perfect toast burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Vegetable onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marjoram
- Oil
- 4 disc Toast
- 2 piece Lettuce leaves
- 2 disc Cheese (any)
- 1 piece Tomato
- Tomato ketchup
- Estragon mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Cut half the onion into fine pieces.
- Now mix the minced meat with the onion pieces, salt, pepper and marjoram well.
- Shape the meat into patties and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
- After turning, cover the meat loaf with cheese and wait until the cheese has melted. It is better here if you only roast on a very low setting so that the cheese runs well.
- In the meantime, toast the toast lightly and now put the salad on the slices first.
- Now add ketchup, mayonnaise and / or mustard. Depending on your mood – it always depends on how much you like the fatty sauces.
- Put the onion ring on top.
- Now put the finished meat loaves on top of the whole.
- Cut the tomato into slices and place on the meat.
- Now just put the lid on and the toast burger is ready.
