Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g brown rice, ground
- 150 g millet, ground
- 150 g buckwheat, ground
- 50 g soy (soy meal), ground
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 ½ bags of dry yeast
- 150 g margarine
- 800 g milk, 3.5%
- 200 g sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Gluten-free and egg-free
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour the batter into a 35 cm long loaf pan lined with baking paper, cover, and let rise in a warm place until it has risen noticeably. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 85-90 minutes (test with a pin). Let cool completely before slicing. This is my own recipe.
