Toast Omelette
The perfect toast omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 piece Toast
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 1 shot Milk
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Tear apart the toast, mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. The result should be a firm mass, so do not take too much milk. Divide the mixture into 4-6 parts and fry them like patties in a pan with oil until they are cooked through, but do not allow to burn.
- It goes well with salad, but you can also enjoy it without it.
