Toast with Camembert and pear

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • butter
  • 1 can of pear(s)
  • 4 packs of Camembert(s) approx. 125 g each
  • 1 jar cranberries
  • 1 pack of instant hollandaise sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the bread and brush with fat. Drain the pears thoroughly. Cut the Camembert into 0.5 cm thick slices and top the bread with them. Drain the cranberries and scatter them on the Camembert. Stir the sauce powder into 250 ml of boiling water. Top each slice with a pear half and spoon a tablespoon of sauce onto each half. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 250 °C for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
