Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 4 tbsp tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Pesto Genovese
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the baguette and place the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Spread with pesto and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
