Toast with pork fillet and hollandaise sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large pork fillet(s)
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 cup of crab (natural)
  • 1 pack of ham (Katenschinken)
  • 1 jar asparagus tips
  • Clarified butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork fillet (approx. 600g) into 1.5-2cm thick slices (approx. 3-4 pieces per slice) and fry in a pan in clarified butter for 2-3 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper. In the meantime, toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Arrange the cooked fillet pieces on the toast and top with the asparagus tips. Pour on the heated hollandaise sauce (plenty) and sprinkle the whole thing with crab and ham. Serve with a small salad (lettuce, Chinese cabbage, or chicory salad). You can serve it as a plate or add the toppings at the table (apart from the meat), so everyone can add as much as they like.
