Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 250 g rice
- 200 g hollandaise sauce
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 300 g broccoli, frozen
- 1 tbsp oil, for frying
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp Tuscan herbs (dried)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
First, chop the fillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then fry the whole thing briefly in hot oil. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the cooked ham and mix it with the hollandaise sauce. Season the whole thing with garlic and Tuscan herbs and bring to a boil briefly. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the rice in a baking dish. Arrange the fillet and broccoli on top and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese as desired. The whole thing should remain in the oven for about 25 minutes so the cheese can melt nicely.
